Returns
◆ Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving undamaged products (no artificial damage). Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
◆ Exchanges are only offered for defective/damaged items. To exchange for the same item, email us at support@kreatoys.com.
◆ Important: Request a return address via email before shipping items back. Contact: support@kreatoys.com.
Non-Refundable Cases

Returns shipped to incorrect addresses (including direct returns to warehouses without prior contact).

Returns shipped as “Cash on Delivery” (COD).
Refunds
◆ After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval/rejection via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
◆ Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
◆ For exchanges, replacement items ship upon receipt of your return. Delivery times vary by location. For returns valued over €75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue refunds for lost returns.

◆ Only regularly priced items are refundable; sale/discounted items are final.
